Yes. Reforger officially supports crossplay between PC (Steam), Xbox, and PlayStation 5. Your dedicated server hosts all platforms on the same session. Note that crossplay is subject to Bohemia Interactive's platform agreements and may require specific server settings to enable.
Reforger uses mod.io for mod distribution. From your control panel, navigate to the Mods section, enter the mod IDs you want installed, and restart the server.
