Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or using any service provided through arma4hosting.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Triton Hosting, LLC.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active customers of material changes via email.

2. Services

Arma 4 Hosting provides game server hosting, TeamSpeak 3 server hosting, and related infrastructure services (collectively, "Services"). Services are provided on a subscription basis and are subject to the plan specifications selected at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of Services.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access our Services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your contact information remains current

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Payment and Billing

Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. By providing payment information, you authorize Triton Hosting, LLC to charge your payment method on the recurring billing date.

• Billing cycle: Monthly, beginning on the date of initial purchase
• Upgrades: Take effect immediately; the prorated difference is charged at time of upgrade
• Downgrades: Take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
• Late payments: Services may be suspended after 3 days of non-payment and terminated after 7 days
• Refunds: We offer a 72-hour money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. No refunds are issued after 72 hours or on renewal charges

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing customers may receive promotional pricing or loyalty discounts at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Host or distribute malicious software, exploits, or hacking tools
• Conduct distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or any other form of network abuse
• Send unsolicited communications (spam) to other users or third parties
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Bohemia Interactive, other game developers, or any third party
• Host content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Resell or sublicense our Services without prior written authorization
• Use server resources in a manner that adversely affects other customers on shared infrastructure

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for all game server and TeamSpeak 3 services, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance where possible.

Service credits may be issued for extended unplanned outages at our discretion. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

Arma 4 Hosting and all associated branding, content, and technology are the property of Triton Hosting, LLC. "Arma," "Arma 3," "Arma Reforger," and "Arma 4" are trademarks of Bohemia Interactive a.s. Triton Hosting, LLC is an independent hosting provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Bohemia Interactive in any way.

You retain ownership of any content, mission files, or configurations you upload to our servers. By uploading content, you represent that you have the right to do so and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Data is retained for 7 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination for cause, no refunds will be issued.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRITON HOSTING, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TRITON HOSTING, LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Triton Hosting, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
